Space will accept the return of goods solely when the item is proven to be defective, in strict accordance with all applicable consumer-protection legislation. To initiate a return, customers must notify iSpace within the statutory period, provide a detailed description of the fault, and allow our technical team to verify the defect. If the defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair the product, replace it with an identical or equivalent model, or refund the purchase price, including any standard shipping costs originally paid. The return window is 7 days.
All other situations are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which expressly exclude the right of withdrawal for non-defective merchandise unless otherwise required by law. Products that show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return. By completing a purchase with iSpace, the customer acknowledges and accepts these return limitations and the procedures outlined in our General Terms and Conditions.
